1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to purchases made through the Money Teller application, specifically for Kai tokens purchased through our payment processor, Razorpay.

2. Digital Nature of Kai Tokens

Kai tokens are digital items that are delivered immediately upon successful payment. Once tokens are added to your account, they are considered delivered and available for use.

3. No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Kai tokens and the immediate delivery upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you have purchased Kai tokens, we cannot offer a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Accidental purchases
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Unused tokens
• Changes in token pricing after your purchase

4. Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, we may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If a technical error occurs during the payment process that results in you being charged without receiving the tokens, we will either credit the tokens to your account or process a refund.
• Unauthorized Purchases: If you believe that an unauthorized purchase was made using your account, please contact us immediately.
• Legal Requirements: Where refunds are required by applicable law.

5. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under one of the exceptions listed above, please contact us with the following information:

• Your account email address
• Date of purchase
• Transaction ID or order number
• Reason for requesting a refund
• Any relevant screenshots or evidence

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

6. Spent Tokens

Kai tokens that have already been spent on analyses or other services within the Money Teller application cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

7. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for any reason, including violation of our Terms of Service, any unused Kai tokens in your account will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
